Returns
You can return products purchased from us within 14 days of receiving the goods. To do so, log in to your account and use the "Quick Return" option.
Select products to return
Return all or only selected products from your order. You have 14 days to complete the return.
Please provide your shipping details
Please verify the order data and complete any missing information regarding the shipping method, packaging type, and shipping date.
Pack and ship the package
Pack the return in the original or different packaging. Hand the package over to the courier service.
We will refund the purchase price of the returned goods no later than 14 days after receiving the parcel. The method of refund depends on the payment method chosen during the order process. For payments made via instant transfer, the refund will be issued via the same method. In the event of a partial return, shipping costs are not refunded.
The cost of returning the goods to the shop is borne by the customer. If the order was paid for but not received, we will refund the order value minus the return shipping costs.
Complaints
If the purchased product is faulty, damaged, or does not correspond to the order, we will be happy to help you solve the problem. Below you will find the complaint procedure:

- If your complaint is accepted, we will strive to solve the problem in the best possible way. This may include an exchange, repair, refund, or another form of compensation.
