Providing the above-mentioned data is not mandatory, but necessary to process your order, issue an invoice, inform you of the status of your order, respond to your inquiry or complaint, etc.
How long do we process your data?
We process your data related to your order in the Shop for as long as necessary to fulfill the order and in accordance with accounting and tax regulations.
Furthermore, we process your data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes listed in the table above (i.e., until our legitimate interest ceases, until you object to the processing, or until you withdraw your consent for marketing purposes – if you have granted such consent). Further processing is only possible if we, as the controller, are legally obligated to do so (particularly for tax reasons) and, if applicable, for archiving purposes to protect against potential claims (until they expire). To whom do we disclose your data? We use the services of other partner companies as part of our business activities. Your data may therefore be shared with: the company providing the Shop software, the tax advisory firm, the website hosting provider, the email service provider, and other companies whose services and marketing tools we use. Your data is also transmitted to courier services and payment providers to process your order. However, these companies are separate controllers for the processing of personal data. We participate in a customer satisfaction/opinion survey program. If you consent to participate in such a survey, your data will be forwarded to the organizer of the customer satisfaction system, who is a separate controller of your personal data. - The software provider of our Shop – the operator of the shoper.pl platform – places cookies on our website to collect aggregated information about how customers use online shops (opened subpages, dwell time, displayed products, clicks, purchase analysis data, e.g., conversion rates).
- This data is used to create aggregated reports for online shop operators. These reports contain general (non-personal) information, e.g., which products interest customers of a particular shop, or at what time of year traffic or sales increased. This allows sellers (including us) to improve their shops and optimize sales processes.
